This Mobile Resource Trolley Low rectangular provides storage for a range of themed resources and books, as well as providing a surface for an interactive display or activity. In the two examples shown, the trolleys have been themed to illustrate how they can be used in a Year 1 or 2 classroom.
The mobile resource unit has shelves on each side for display of resources. Resources that are used regularly by different classes can be well managed, attractively presented and easily moved. It can also be used in KS1 and KS2 classrooms to present new stimulus. For example, for an art project, the trolley can be used to house a new range of materials and tools – or to explore science or maths, the trolley can house all of the practical resources. These versatile units are ideal for continuous provision in rooms that need to be used flexibly. All the mobile units have fully lockable wheels for stability once they are in place. Please Note: Children must have adequate supervision at all times and must not climb on the unit. Ensure all heavy items are stored at the bottom of the unit and that the unit isn’t overfull. All four locking devises should be fully engaged at all times when the unit is stationary, and the locking devices must only be released when the unit is being moved. ONLY Staff/Teachers are to move the unit. Make sure all items are removed from the shelves before moving the unit.
