Support children’s early story-telling skills with our ready-made In the Town Collection. Featuring small world play people and vehicles, along with open-ended wooden play blocks and props, these resources are rich in possibilities for communication and language development.
Encourage engagement in storytelling and expression by offering an exciting range of real life small world characters and props in provision. Children will enjoy recreating familiar experiences in play, inventing stories and developing narratives. In addition, broader learning experiences will emerge as children develop confidence to share ideas, talk to other children when playing, learn to negotiate, share resources and co-operate as part of a group.
